The Role

Campaign Manager (Full Time/Remote Working) 

We’re looking for a highly organised and analytical, digital marketing specialist to join the FirstPour team.

This position is core to the business and will involve collaborating with the wider FirstPour departments (Editorial, Paid Media, Sales, Influencers and Outreach) to deliver effective campaigns, as well as working directly with clients to better understand their needs and execute our contracts.

Duties

• Work with the sales team and their clients to plan campaigns and oversee their implementation and delivery.

• Collaborate with departments (Editorial, Paid Media, Outreach, Sales) to ensure the smooth running of campaigns and fulfilment of contracts.

• Oversee and manage Influencer Campaigns (including working with Freelance Marketing Support when needed for larger campaigns), to include but not limited to: sourcing, negotiating with and managing influencers; collaborating with other departments for briefs; managing wine delivery and logistics; and sourcing/purchasing relevant influencer gifts etc.

• Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns in order to guide current and future strategies.

• Create and oversee reporting for projects and campaigns.

• Assist in creating, recommending and implementing marketing campaigns as services for FirstPour.

• To support Director in putting together a marketing strategy for a future DTC Wine Brand.

• Weekly updates with company Director and sales leads

Requirements

WSET 2+ or equivalent qualification/experience

Fluent in English (native level)

2-3 years’ experience in marketing

Able to think strategically and deliver project goals

Demonstrable experience of working well in multi-disciplined/cross-functional teams

Good interpersonal skills and ability to build close-knit relationships with outside agencies and internal colleagues

Strong leadership and influencing skills

Post-graduate professional marketing qualification (e.g. CIM)

Experience of social media, email marketing and DTC marketing and sales

Experience of working with databases and managing campaigns using Google Sheets/Excel

Experience using market research

Strong analytical, administrative and organisation skills and great attention to detail

Digital skills; Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics and advanced Excel

Demonstrable initiative and enthusiasm, and the ability to multi-task

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
