The Role

Influencer Coordinator (Part Time/Remote Working) 

We’re looking for a highly organised wine minded marketeer to join the FirstPour team.

The position requires someone who is comfortable negotiating and managing budgets, is precise with spreadsheets and multitasking. The successful candidate will understand our client’s needs and recommend influencer talent to create scroll stopping campaigns.

It’s a position that’s full of new challenges and opportunities while rubbing shoulders with leading digital wine communicators worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and run Influencer Campaigns, to include but not limited to: sourcing, negotiating with and managing influencers; collaborating with other departments for briefs; managing wine delivery and logistics; sourcing/purchasing relevant influencer gifts; and detailed reporting etc.

• Work with the sales team to plan campaigns that manage client expectations and reach KPIs.

• Monitor and analyse the performance of influencers in order to guide current and future strategies.

• Create and oversee reporting for influencer projects and campaigns.

• Regular updates with company Director and sales leads

• Strong relationships with FirstPour team, clients and stakeholders (including influencers)

Requirements

WSET 2+ or equivalent qualification/experience

Fluent in English (native level)

1+ years’ experience in wine social media marketing 

Experience of working with databases and managing campaigns using Google Sheets/Excel

Strong organisation skills and great attention to detail 

Digital skills; Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
