Marqués de Riscal: A Travel Through Time
One of Rioja’s founding wineries, Marqués de Riscal, needed an event in London that would present three of their best features to the UK press: world-class old vintages, organic wines and the global launch of their new XR wine.
To encompass these three aspects, FirstPour created the slogan “Preserving Tradition by Breaking the Rules” and designed a multidimensional tasting called “A Travel Through Time” presented by Andrew Caillard MW.
Attended by journalists from the UK’s top publications, as well as international wine legends such as Steven Spurrier and Serena Sutcliffe, the event was covered by The Times, Jancis Robinson, The Drinks Business and Harpers – to name a few.
