La Rioja Alta SA: Tempranillo Day

Every year, on the second Thursday of November, it’s an international celebration of Spain’s Tempranillo grape.

La Rioja Alta SA celebrated Tempranillo Day 2020 with the release of their 904, 2011 wine and worked with FirstPour.Talent to commission some of the UK’s leading Wine Communicators.

Campaign objectives: to educate consumers about the grape and the history of La Rioja Alta SA, to celebrate the latest release of the latest 904 wine, and, ultimately, to stimulate sales with their UK importer, Armit Wines.

Our specialist Wine Communicators had over 150,000+ followers collectively and the campaign reached an audience of over 51,000 users, with 26 posts and 27 stories. This generated 57,000 impressions and 11,000 engagements across Instagram and Twitter. Additionally, the @LaRiojaAltaSA Instagram account grew by over 500 followers.
